Return of goods purchased in a stationary store

Return of products purchased in a stationary store is possible under the following conditions:

– the return is made within 14 days from the date of purchase,

– with a receipt or invoice,

– intact (the product packaging has not been opened, e.g. opening the blister with the needle).

The consumer covers all direct costs of returning the goods, including packaging, security, shipping costs.

IMPORTANT! Hygiene products, e.g. disposable gloves, disposable razors, disposable wooden spatulas, or roll-on pads, are not subject to return.

 

Return of goods purchased in an online store

Return of products purchased in an online store is possible under the following conditions:

– the return is made within 14 days from the moment the customer receives the products

– with a receipt or invoice,

– intact (the product may be initially checked but not used).

The consumer covers all direct costs of returning the goods, including packaging, security, and shipping costs.

IMPORTANT! Hygiene products such as disposable gloves, disposable razors, disposable wooden spatulas, or roll-on pads are not subject to return.

 

How to return a product purchased in an online store?

Send a message to the e-mail address: shop@mastertattoo.pl, in which you:

– write the order number to which the return applies

– list the products you want to return (unless the return applies to the entire order)

– provide your details: first name, last name, phone number or e-mail

 

 

Complaint about the product

How to make a complaint about the product?

 

Send a message to the e-mail address: shop@mastertattoo.pl, in which you:

– describe the reason for the complaint (you can also add a photo confirming the complaint)

– write what product the complaint concerns

– provide your details: first name, last name, phone number or e-mail

 

The complaint will only be considered if the received product is defective or damaged.

The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint by the store.
